You may embroider the design to use for personal use or embroider on an item as a gift but you may NOT sell, copy, pass to others or share the design. The design remains the copyright of Miakaydesigns.
If you want to embroider our designs and sell the stitched items at craft shows, fairs or through a website you may do so. That is not infringing the copyright which is held solely by Miakaydesigns.
Digital uploads of designs correctly sent to order are deemed non returnable. In this circumstance the customer consumable right of 14 days is not applicable.
